As any company, briserv.com has some set policies.

> contract
All new briserv.com clients will be expected to sign some sort of simple contract. The contract will contain vital information as to the service we will provide.

> late payment
If for some reason a client can not pay, forgets to pay, etc., there will be an email informing the client of this. If no action has taken place after ninety days from the date the payment was due, briserv.com has the right to deactivate the website. After 180 days, all data remaining on the server from site with no payment, will be removed and deleted.

> termination of contract
To terminate a contract and end service with briserv.com, thirty days notice is required and all fees owed must be paid in full. A small domain name transfer fee is required.
